Cleaning Area Manager

Nexgen Facilities Services (part of the Nexgen Group) are seeking a highly experienced Cleaning Area manager to cover the Basingstoke and Reading areas.
Salary is up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)
Company Car will be provided, but full UK Driving Licence is required.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Director in start up procedures including client liaison, ordering of stores/equipment and putting in place all necessary systems.
- Assist with all TUPE transfers
- Assist with all staff recruitment
- Ensure that the budget is adhered to and levels of expenditure are within the set targets.
- Ensure that Contracts have sufficient resources.
- Ensure sites falling within the Companys ISO procedures are operated in accordance with the Quality Manual-Quality Procedures.
- Adhere to the Companys quality management system.
- Maintain efficient and accurate records for quality, cost control and personnel in line with best practice management.
- Arrange site visits, audits & inspections regularly to ensure quality standards are being maintained. Carry out ad hoc quality management system inspections.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Thrives of the challenges the cleaning industry has, as no two days are the same
- Experience of working in schools , commercial businesses offices ,
- Aware of COSHH
- Time management skills, good listening skills and a people person
- Good engagement skills with clients staff and colleagues
