CONTRACT: TEMPORARY – MATERNITY COVER  

Griffithstown Primary School, a continually improving school in the Borough of Torfaen, is looking for one outstanding teacher who is able to provide stimulating, exciting and challenging opportunities to enable all learners to reach their potential. The successful candidate will become part of a committed team of professionals striving to give the children of Griffithstown the best start on their education journey.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential

Teaching Degree (QTS). A clear understanding of a skills based curriculum. Awareness of the strategies available for improving the learning & achievement of pupils who have additional learning needs including those who are more able and talented. Experience of teaching in PS1, PS2 or PS3.

Desirable

Direct other adults in supporting learning.
