reality bowling. To support our sites, we have a key team of Customer Service
Champions based in our new office in central Wakefield. We are now looking for
a Corporate Sales Team member to join our contact centre team.



What you’ll be doing…



We are
looking for contact centre Team Member to work in our busy contact centre
onsite.



Ideally,
you’ll have worked as a Contact Centre Team Leader and have experience of sales
and sales process in B2B and B2C sales environment and have a proven history
that can be evidenced in your experience.



You will be
central to delivering the sales result for our corporate business and you’ll be
responsible for ensuring we deliver high levels of conversion and
high-performance culture within the team looking for ways to improve process
and customer experience. You will be joining in a fast-paced culture and work
to targets enthusiastically, meeting and exceeding your goals. You will have
brilliant organisational skills, be conversant with contact centre and sales
KPI’s, using CRM systems, reporting and be able to use MS Office tools without
issue.



Your main Responsibilities:



·       
To take inbound
calls, emails, and social media messaging from corporate clients



·       
You must be
able to select packages appropriate to our corporate customers wishes and
needs.



·       
You will
pass large leads over to the sales management team if bespoke options are
needed.



·       
You will be
a trusted member of our team, and will build a strong knowledge of our venues, activities,
and packages.
