Join us as a Marketing& Communications Director to be a key driver in realisingOCUs vision. This role calls foran industry leader adept atmanaging our skilled inhouse team and forging strong relationshipswith internalstakeholders and external partners across mediacreation public relations advertising and digitalmarketingsectors.

Duties andResponsibilities

Leadthe Way: Embed our vision of innovation and sustainability in allmarketing and communicationstrategies.
Lead the Team:Inspire and develop our inhouse team nurturing an environment thatreflects OCUscommitment to growth and excellence.
CreatePartnerships: Turn suppliers into true partners to amplify ourbrands presence aligning with ourvision.
ThinkDifferently: Lead and implement compelling internal and externalcampaigns that showcase ourcommitment to sustainability andinnovation in the utilities and energy sector.
SolveFast: Exhibit creative problemsolving and the ability to deliverimpactful results promptly.
Get Things Done: Embrace andembody the OCU Familys entrepreneurial ethos demonstrating aknackfor both doing and directing.
Be Present: Regular UKtravel including visits to our Stockport Head Office to ensurealignment andengagement with keystakeholders.

Skillsand Experience

Proven experiencein a senior marketing and communications role within a complexhighrevenueorganisation.
Demonstrated leadership skillsin managing diverse teams and external partnerships.
Atrack record of successful marketing strategy development andexecution.
Exceptional communication abilities and aflair for creative impactful messaging.
Agile andentrepreneurial in approach with a proven ability to do anddirect.
Willingness to travel as part of therole.
