Wayman Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maths Teacher to join a great independent school in Brent. The Maths Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 11-18, ensuring all students receive a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Maths at the primary and secondary education level and possess a strong understanding of the national curriculum.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Develop and implement appropriate learning strategies for students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends and research in the field of Maths
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience teaching Maths at the primary/secondary education level
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Organized and proactive approach to teaching and learning
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
