Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and new business pitches, exceeding client expectations in relationship management, work delivery, and budget management.
- Develop strong senior-level relationships with clients, driving creative excellence, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to new business initiatives and pitches.
- Provide financial oversight and track profitability across client projects, ensuring accurate reporting and meeting financial targets.
- Lead and mentor the client services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client services and business development within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving social impact through creative marketing solutions.
