Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities? Look no further
We are currently seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team on a supply basis. As a supply TA, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) across different age groups and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.
- Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the needs of SEN students are met effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in educational settings.
- Knowledge of various SEN conditions and effective strategies for supporting students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and with students of varying needs and abilities.
- Relevant qualifications and training in SEN support are highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
