What You Will Do:
Join a new agile team that owns the eCommerce platform and other WordPress based websites. Provide technical leadership and guidance, helping the team deliver high quality, well-crafted solutions. Develop features for our corporate websites and our eCommerce platform that continually improve the customer experience. Participate in planning activities with the Product Owner and other stakeholders. Demo software to stakeholders and discuss feedback. Participate in testing and other quality assurance activities. Manage the deployment of new features to beta and live environments. Influence the direction of your team through continuous improvement activities. Gain exposure to our full software stack, using primarily Open-Source software.What We Are Looking For:
Extensive experience in WordPress development.Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms. We’d expect that you have experience with the below and can efficiently analyse what is required when faced with an area that is outside of your comfort zone: Core programming languages: PHP , JavaScriptWeb technologies: Wordpress/WooCommerce (multisite/multi-language), Apache, GIT, Tailwind CSSOther technologies: Docker, MySQL, Linux ( LAMP stack), Good to have: CI/CD, Unit Testing, Marketo Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment and participate fully in agile software development processes.Aptitude for identifying and solving problems, both technical and organisational.Experience developing, testing, deploying and supporting websites and ecommerce applications.Motivated, communicative individuals that really care about engineering best practicesDesired a good level of focus on the user experience and conversion rates.We Hope You’ll Like Our
