CK Group are recruiting for a QC Chemist, to join acompany in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based inWorthing, on a contract basis for 11months.

Salary:

Up to14.45 per hour PAYE.

QCChemist Role:
  • To testroutine production & stability samples supplied from the siteValue Streams and meet testing lead-time targets.
  • Calibrate & maintain analytical equipment.
  • Carry out qualitative & quantitativeanalysis of antibiotic powders and solid dose forms using a widerange of analytical techniques (eg: HPLC, Karl Fischer,dissolutions etc).
  • To check and verifyanalytical testing and data generated by otheranalysts.
  • To adhere to and help maintain thehighest levels of safety and GLP within the section and ensuretraining records are kept up todate.

YourBackground:
  • A highstandard and appreciation of GMP/GLP.
  • Goodreporting and recording skills using Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) and site systems.
  • Computerliterate.
  • Good communication and interpersonalskills, combined with flexibility.
  • Good teamworker.
