Your role

As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out Key responsibilities are maintaining cleanliness and planned maintenance of equipment in the restaurant Use initiative accepting and storing deliveries safely and securely communicating any issues to the team. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures Consistently deliver and maintain the highest McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness Follow uniform guidelines and take pride in your personal appearance Take responsibility for your training in all areas; look for opportunities to improve and develop Keep the McDonald’s Values alive in the restaurant and at the heart of everything you do Maintenance of carpark and external areas including small landscaping jobs Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about taking on small DIY jobs and projects
