Due to extra workload we are lookingfor Care Assistant / Support Workers to join the team based in theCrawley / Horley area to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shiftsavailable).

In this position you will support oneof the clients enabling them to reclaim their lives promote theirindependence supporting them to develop and achieve their goals andempower them to plan for their future. All the clients supportedhave individual personalities and skillsets albeit with a range ofneurological disorders and complex needs you will support them witha wide range of activities on a daily basis rather than thetraditional task focused care service other providers offer. (fulltraining will be provided)

We are seeking anindividual with:

  • A fun and happyoutlook on life.
  • Previous experience in careor a related field is preferred
  • Ability toprovide care with compassion andempathy.
  • Right to work in the UK(we are unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship on thisrole)
  • Valid drivers license andreliabletransportation.
