If you think youlllike to manage the following responsibilities at higherstandards:

  • Ensuresproduction capacity at our suppliers for all parts underresponsibility ordering in a timely manner necessary equipment(both capacity and replacement):
  • Analyzing atleast once per quarter the global data and take the proper decisionfor equipment acquisition.
  • Use historical dataand multiple sources of information in order to improve or extendthe forecast visibility.
  • Align with globalstrategies of Product Area teams beforelaunch.
  • Negotiate equipment cost contributingto limitation of investments and aligning to thebudget.
  • Drive/order changes at suppliersrequested by internal or external customers as resulted out ofstudies meant to improve robustness or reducecosts.
  • Ensures that implementation ofadditional capacity is done before risk identified through forecastanalysis and escalate properly when additional bottlenecks areidentified.
  • Strong connection with suppliersfor good planning and coordination
  • Responsiblefor Autoliv Sourcing and Purchasing Process(ASPP)
  • Responsible for Purchasing deliverablesin AS7 projects e.g:
  • Feasibilitydiscussions
  • Sourcing (supplier nomination)process
  • Issue PurchaseOrders
  • PPAPsubmission
  • Performs Sourcing Process (AS57)within project targets (Quality Cost Time) and Commoditystrategy.
  • Ensures PPAP package delivery intime.
  • Strives to Purchasing KPIsfulfillment.
  • Seeks VEVA opportunities/costimprovement within projects or currentproduction
  • Promotes and search forstandardization process improvements andinnovation
  • Represents business interests ofboth ALV and suppliers
  • Builds partnership andmaintains collaborative relationship within organization and withsuppliers
  • Active member in project crossfunctional teams

  • TechnicalUniversity Degree (preferable)
  • Advancedcommunication skills in English
  • Flexible andadaptable
  • Purchasing experience in Automotiveindustry (preferable)
  • Analyticalthinking
  • Persuasion and coordinationskills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiationskills
  • Team work oriented & Embracescultural diversity
  • Organized agile committed& motivated person
