At OCS Group, we are are recruiting for Cleaning Operative, who will support and assist the responsible manager to maintain a safe and clean environment and to assure that the company standards and policies are followed and maintained. You will be working on a variable shift pattern, 06:00 to 20:00, on a permanent full-time basis; 37.5 hours per week. Main Duties and Responsibilities:  Use of waste compactors – General, cardboard, plastics. Sweep, damp mop and wipe down both lifts and wipe down all glass doors and panels Clean, mop and disinfect all toilet areas to include disabled and baby changing Wash or wipe where necessary all walls, pillars, and painted surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and fittings Empty and wipe down all internal bins, re-stock cleaning trolleys Mall flooring – to include dry mopping, spillages, litter, and debris clearing  Use patrol monitor (diester) system to assist with accident and incident control and prevention  Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information. Report anything in need of repair or replacement to the appropriate person Maintain polite and good communication with you colleagues, tenants and shoppers at all times Be prepared to receive and undertake further training as required and at all times to follow through any managerial instructions. Skills and Experience:  Experience of working and building partnerships with clients IOSH trained desirable Knowledge of COSHH IT literacy skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Articulate and has the ability to communicate effectively with the clients and the IFM teams Organised individual who can demonstrate a record of planning and managing workflows Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery
