Experience of working in a face to face or telephony customerfocused environment. Experience of working within a pressurisedcustomer service environment to achieve agreed service targets.Experience of working in a team. Experience of working with MSOffice packages and customer management systems. Experience ofworking in confidential situations with customers in adherence tothe Data Protection Act (DPA). Excellent communication skills: overthe telephone and face to face, with the ability to deal withdifficult customers and those with specific needs. Excellentlistening skills. Good written and oral communication skills andthe ability to demonstrate empathy. Good organisation and timemanagement skills with a flexible and approachable attitude.Demonstrates an awareness of the importance of good customerservice and the need to provide high quality services to customers.Ability to always maintain a calm and professional manner whendealing with customers.
