We are looking to recruit a Trainee Will Drafter to join our team in St Leonards, Hastings to provide advice and documents to our clients.
Key Responsibilities of a Trainee Will Drafter:
To input data onto specifically designed software to produce Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and declaration of severances To discuss queries with clients or consultants when required by telephone or e-mail. Meeting targets set by the Legal Team Manager. Producing accurate documents Keeping up to date with cases and reportsSkills and Experience of a Trainee Will Drafter:
Proficient IT - using Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively. Good organisational and record-keeping skills. Excellent multitasking abilities. Strong team player with the initiative to work independently when required. Flexible, adaptable, and conscientious. Keen attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience of Will drafting is preferred but not essential-
