We have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our innovative alliance with Anglian Water (Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance).

IMR WRA provide the best water recycling, by maintaining existing assets and undertaking new projects, that safeguard future water recycling asset health. Within the Alliance’s remit is planned and emergency sewer works, rising mains and SMART technology installation, as well as maintenance and repair.

The role

As Site Manager, you’ll be managing and supervising civil engineering projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and in budget.

Here are some of the activities you’ll get involved in…

Ensure operations are carried out in an effective, efficient and safe manner to provide a service to our customers, in line with relevant Water Recycling and environmental protection standards Lead by example to ensure Health, Safety and Quality standards are always complied with ensuring key documentation and briefings are completed in a timely fashion Ensure teams are aware of how their activities can impact the environment i.e. Pollution, Flooding, Loss of Service etc. Lead your team to deliver high quality with a right first time attitude Keep a close account of costs, including purchasing, labour resources and hire, including monitoring the need for and use of hired-in plant and equipment

Previous experience delivering and supervising Water Recycling projects is important, along with great leadership skills.
Ability to adapt, challenge and change in a fast-paced environment is key.
