GSL Education is looking for dedicated and trustworthy Exam Invigilators to join our team in Hull. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the fairness and organization of exams, ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations, starting in September term 2024.

Key Responsibilities of an Exam Invigilator:  

  • Maintain a calm and conducive environment for students to perform best during exams.
  • Set up examination venues with necessary equipment and materials as per guidelines.
  • Monitor students to prevent malpractice and ensure adherence to exam guidelines.
  • Collect and organize exam papers at the end of each session.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the examination process.

Requirements for Exam Invigilator:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain vigilant.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering clear instructions.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Previous invigilation experience is beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
