Our next AdultSupport Worker will be someone with the followingqualities:

  • A Full UKDriving Licence and access to your ownvehicle

Some of your duties wouldbe as follows

  • Supporting the occupantsto appointments and activities such as shopping or tripsout
  • Completing relevantpaperwork
  • Undertaking householdtasks
  • Engage our occupants in tasks andactivities

TheOpportunity

Options Autism, a partof the Outcomes First Group of companies, is recruiting AdultSupport Workers in the Cumbriaregion. 

Grange View is located in thelovely village of Grange over Sands and can accommodate up to 7occupants Aged 19-65. It is a beautiful property with lots of openspace and large rooms allowing for each individual to becomeindependent within the home. 

Options GrangeView is a home for individuals who are more independent and benefitfrom having access in to the local community, good transport linksand the opportunity to access vocational education, paid employmentor volunteering. Occupants here benefit from opportunities toincrease independence skills, self-help skills, basic life skillsand personal care.

Options Autism is a nationalprovider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services forindividuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.We provide a person-centred approach to education and support,looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting ourapproach accordingly.
