About the Role

Due to continued growth and success, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our dynamic team in Farnham.

As a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will:

Assess a wide range of vehicles : Use Audatex software to calculate costings and estimate the time required for all necessary repairs accurately and professionally. Liaise with insurance engineers and customers: Communicate regularly to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the repair process. Create accurate damage assessments : Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 standards, utilizing the correct repair methods. Receive comprehensive training: Benefit from our in-house training programs and formal qualification opportunities.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Automotive industry experience : A background in parts, engineering, or service within the automotive sector. Effective workload planning skills : Ensure vehicles are repaired within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). High standards of work: Maintain excellence in a fast-paced environment, adhering to manufacturers' specifications. Team and individual working capability: Work well both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Flexibility : Adapt to varying tasks and demands. Customer satisfaction focus : Always strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
