The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as a Retail Stock and Sales Consultant in our Trafford store. This a part-time role, working 15 hours per week.
As the face of our brand, you will deliver exceptional customer service and possess extensive product knowledge. Employing a personalized selling approach, you will guide customers through their entire journey, offering sensory experiences with our signature services like fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages. Additionally, you will efficiently manage inventory and stock, assist with general store tasks, including cleaning and replenishment, and support the team in maintaining a well-organized store environment.
What we are looking for
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can- do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
