Provide training to new/developing members of staff and conduct competency reviews. Follow defined process to create a batch manufacturing record, print labels, use correct materials and equipment to create the required product. Conduct cGMP and GDP reviews of batch manufacturing records. Clearly and regularly articulate performance expectations for your team, openly recognizing exceptional performance. Provide team members with regular and real-time feedback to both recognize successful performance and address performance gaps. Provide an environment where suggestions for improvement are welcomed and team members can come to you to easily and safely raise issues.

Experience, skills & abilities required:

We’re looking for someone who:

Has good literacy and numeracy skills, demonstrates good attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, record data accurately and is comfortable using a computer, including e-mail. Has the ability to meet the physical demands of the role which includes manual lifting of multiple 25kg bags of materials. Manufacturing experience is preferred, however, is not essential.
