How does our Graduate Programme work?

The Programme will launch on Monday 16th September 2024 , it is a full-time, permanent opportunity working in our business based in the South West region. During this time, we help you discover your potential through a range of learning opportunities.  As part of the two-year programme your functional role will involve daily report creation for CEO, managing timelines for reporting including organising reminders, and liaising with COO to ensure reports meet Board requirements and support development of COO summary. Whilst experience is desirable, if you have the passion and are keen to learn and develop, we welcome applicants from all disciplines.

What can you expect:

A comprehensive week-long induction programme where you will network with colleagues in our business to learn more about us, the Graduate Programme and development opportunities. You will attend site visits and meet our Directors and CEO Hands-on experience with varied, challenging projects. You will have the flexibility to choose your career path as you gain exposure to the different areas of our business  You will receive ongoing training to equip you within your placement throughout the two years. Your manager will support you and give you the tools and training you need on the job. You will spend 1-day a week working towards a professional qualification which will compliment your learning and development, delivered by our college provider You will be assigned a buddy and mentor who will support you when you start and throughout the programme. You will be able to build networks with your fellow graduates as well as senior leaders across the business  Your health, safety, and well-being to be our priority. We respect and value the needs of our people to ensure they have the right work-life balance.
