Online Seller Account Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. We sell online on sales platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy and on other marketplaces) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the online sales strategies and operations of our e-commerce platforms, with special attention on Amazon Marketplace.

- Contribute to e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.

- Optimising product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images, to improve visibility and conversion rates

- Monitoring and reporting on online Market places, such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction

- Create promotions and campaigns on social media channels to promote sales & traffic, using various design software

- Enhance and improve the online shopping experience

- Oversee inventory management, pricing, and product listings on the website

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, including website and marketplace accounts (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon,Shopify and other platforms)

- Create and maintain accurate product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales on Marketplaces

- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues related to online orders

- Stay up-to-date with the latest online developments.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience working in an ecommerce environment, with a focus on Marketplaces

- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in the retail industry

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and SEO principles

- Strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace policies, procedures, and best practices

- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics

- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
