Catering Assistant – South West Norse 

Location: Aveton Gifford Primary School & Salcombe Primary School Salary: £23,.20 pro rata, equates to £11.44 per hour Hours Per Week: 15, Monday to Friday, 10:30-13:30, term-time only 45p per mile mileage entitlement

South West Norse is the successful service partnership between Devon County Council and Norse Group, delivery a range of essential facilities management services to a growing number of clients in the region.

We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join the team based at Aveton Gifford Primary School and Salcombe Primary School

We will be providing a full catering service to the school, and your role will be to support the kitchen team with food preparation, service delivery and kitchen maintenance. This is a customer facing position, so you will need to be confident engaging with our clients on a daily basis. 

As part of the role, you will be required to collect meals from Salcombe Primary School and transport and serve at Aveton Gifford Primary School. It is therefore it is essential you hold a Full UK Driving Licence for the role.
