Job Description

Are you an ‘early-bird’? Home Instead Oxford have opportunities to support our clients with their morning routines and get ready for the day ahead.
Becoming a Morning Care Assistant with us means you'll become part of our family and be able to make a difference to our clients and enable them to remain in their own homes. The role involves supporting with meal preparation, administering medication, helping with personal care, giving companionship, help around the house and much more. 

Our visits can start from 8am and we can offer hours to work around you and your current commitments.

If you have never worked in care before - never fear We provide full induction training and ongoing mentor support. We will also give you access to an online learning platform so you can learn the ropes. 

Some of the benefits of joining our team:

£12.75 per hour during the week & £13.75 per hour on a weekend Paid travel time at £11.44 per hour Paid training Bank Holiday pay rate of £25.50 per hour Paid mileage @ 35p – 45p a mile Paid ongoing training and development plus fully funded NVQ 2/3/4 available Free Blue Light Card Pension Scheme Access to our EarlyPay scheme to enable withdrawals of pay before payday Free 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme

All we require from you is for you to be aged 18+ and availability to work alternate weekends. Drivers are also ideal due to the nature of the role.
