Our small team work autonomously across the whole of Oxfordshire, delivering high quality and evidence-based health care training. We see problem-solving as a positive challenge and are creative in many varied and unpredictable situations. This role will open your eyes to a whole new and exciting perspective in the world of community nursing.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for managing and delivering your own workload of Delegated Health Care task training within designated paired locality, covering colleagues in the team as required in other parts of the County
You will be required to liaising with Patients, families, OHFT services and outside agencies, including; Continuing Health Care (CHC), Oxfordshire County Council, (OCC) Care Agencies and Oxford University Hospitals (OUH) to ensure prompt and timely training can be delivered
You will play an active role in delivering the Portable Skills and Train the Trainer programmes, and work to develop and update training packs as required
You will be involved with the improvement and development of ongoing service projects
You will have the opportunity to take part in Continued Professional Development and upskilling in a variety of skills.
The core hours for this post are 08:00 to 16:00 but flexibility can be discussed.

Extensive experience within community healthcare Experience of planning and delivery teaching programmes Evidence of working within and across teams, including multidisciplinary and cross organisation working.
