This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients livewell, in the community and will be an integral role within the team

Academic Skills & Lifelong Learning
Essential
Participate in continuous professional development.
Experience
Essential
Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment. At least 4 months experience of UK psychiatry. Experience of working in the NHS.
Desirable
All employees of the Trust are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect patients.
TRANSPORT
Essential
Holds and will use valid UK driving licence.
Professional & Personal Attributes
Essential
Able to use electronic records. Commitment to annual appraisal and revalidation. Able to effectively manage time and resources. Able to work flexibly and efficiently prioritise conflicting demands. Willing to take instruction. Ability to relate with non-medical staff effectively. Interest in psychiatry and desire to explore this career option.
Qualifications

MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.

In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to gain confidence of patients. Knowledge of current issues in psychiatry.
