We are looking for experienced Retail Managers to manage various areas within the Stadium including managing multiple teams in our drinks and food kiosks.

This flexible and active role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of a stadium, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.


The Role:

We need experienced, passionate, and committed managers to work at Burnley F.C.


As a Retail Manager you will be required to manage between 4 - 8 kiosks on a Match Day in the Home or Away end of the Stadium. Each kiosk will have a Team Leader and a number of Cashiers allocated and you will be their main point of contact. You shall be responsible for ensuring any customer queries are quickly resolved so they are leaving Burnley F.C. with a positive customer service experience.


You must be able to work effectively whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role. You will be expected to ensure your operational area is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment in a timely manner prior to service, considering expected customer numbers, service times and any targets given to you. You will be expected to lead briefings for each shift, preparing your team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Working Hours

Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From £16.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience). Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various Match days, and times can vary but typically shifts are between 4 - 5 hrs.
