Job Description:

• Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows XPWin/10/11 VDI and Windows Clients OS.
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills on Desktops LaptopsWindows and Vmware Operating System hardware
• Experience in Architecture/Design of Windows and VirtualDesktop Infrastructure
• Experience in Hardwareknowledge (Dell HP IBM Desktop) basic hardware (Server BladeStorage Tape Library Network Devices Firewall Cabling etc..)troubleshooting in data center with help of respectiveSME.
• Excellent skills in Scripting Automationof Installation (imaging).Experience in Migration/Upgrade of Windowand Vmware infrastructure
• Good troubleshootingknowledge on Active Directory DNS DHCP Event Logs File and PrintServer
• Experience in Datacenter OperationsManaging security permissions Backups and restoration.
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicateclearly and fluently in English
