Job Duties:
  • Assist the KS2 teacher in delivering lessons and supporting students
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils
  • Help with classroom management and behaviour control
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources
  • Assist in assessing and recording student progress
Required Qualifications:

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Education:

Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience:

Prior experience working with children in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of the KS2 curriculum
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
