Customer Experience Representative

As a member of the sales team, you will be a part of a dynamic and results-driven team responsible for generating revenue for our internal products and surpassing targets and goals. We are looking for an intensely motivated and passionate customer experience representative who will be responsible for helping our customers build and execute successful campaigns and generating revenue for our publisher clients.
What you'll be doing:
Onboard new clientsAssist new clients in setting up their first campaignAchieve sales targets by assisting clients renew their campaignsMaximize revenue generation opportunities and customer retention strategiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer’s business, as well as current industry knowledge Help customers optimize campaigns and secure budgets for long-term revenue growthAct as day-to-day liaison with advertisersIdentify trends and market conditions to pinpoint high value optimization and sales opportunitiesWhat you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
Previous experience in client-facing digital media including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management1 to 2 years of experience working in a similar role.Familiarity with online pricing models – CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.Understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital advertising ecosystemStrong understanding of digital media sales and publishingAbility to work in a high stress, fast paced environmentSelf-motivated, competitive, results-oriented, and responds strongly to incentivesStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)A minimum of technical understanding regarding HTML and webmaster analytic toolsNice to Haves:
