Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are pleased to be partnering with one of Norfolk\'s fastest growing businesses who expand mainly via acquisition who are seeking an ambitious Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountant to review and analyse the financial accounts for potential investments.

Your new role
As a key member of this specialist team and the wider finance department, you will review the financial accounts and analyse the viability of these investments / acquisitions, which will involve preparing valuation models, reviewing each business case to include projected income based on the business model. As an experienced finance professional, we expect you to have strong commercial awareness in reviewing and producing detailed financial reports / statements.

Therefore, we are keen to talk to Part-Qualified or Qualified Accountants from any business sector who have the relevant experience, however, candidates from practice who have experience of reviewing business cases / sales or acquisitions would be of particular interest.
You will also be responsible for production of budgets and overall financial performance analysis of recently acquired businesses, as well as being involved in ad-hoc finance projects.

What you will need to succeed
You will have strong financial and analytical skills along with confident commercial business awareness when working with a Senior Management Team. Ideally, you will be a Qualified Accountant or an ambitious Part-Qualified Accountant who is looking to work in a fast-paced commercial business where you become a key member of this team.

It will be expected you will be intermediate / advanced user of Excel and have the confidence of presenting your findings to the Senior Management Team as well as investigating the integrity of accounts.
