About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigator with experience in Motor Recoveries to join our Recoveries Team in Liverpool. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of motor recovery cases, delivering high-quality legal solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, a thorough understanding of motor recovery processes, and a client-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of motor recovery cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective case progression. Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear, concise legal advice and regular updates on case status. Litigation: Prepare and conduct litigation in motor recovery cases, including drafting pleadings, attending court, and negotiating settlements. Recovery Strategies: Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to maximize client recoveries, utilizing innovative and cost-effective approaches. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments within DWF to ensure a cohesive approach to client service and case management. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and firm policies, maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.

About you

Experience: Strong experience in motor recoveries, with a strong understanding of the legal principles and processes involved. Skills: Excellent litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to case management.
