Food and Beverage Assistant £13.15 per hour 16 hours per week Denham Garden Village, Uxbridge

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience in line with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities include: bartending, maintaining cleanliness in food and bar areas, providing excellent customer service, serving customers and assisting with menu choices and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink and food orders Ensuring cleanliness and organization in food and bar areas Providing a welcoming and efficient dining experience for customers Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns promptly Processing customer payments accurately Following health and safety procedures Oversee aspects of the bistro, including bartending, and food service

Requirements:

Previous experience in the service sector Experience in using till/EPOS systems and handling cash transactions Knowledge of food safety procedures and basic hygiene practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
