Solihull's 'Business of the Year' MAN Commercial Protection have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our friendly, busy team based in Solihull.

 

This role will be supporting all areas of the business. With general administrative duties, and office tasks.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new starters
  • Issuing employment contracts
  • Maintaining employee personnel files
  • Adhering to GDPR and Privacy Regulations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing employee reference requests
  • Issuing employee ID cards
  • Assisting with TUPE Process
  • Managing refreshments and handling post
  • Monitoring tidiness of office/communal areas
  • Assisting various departments
  • Handing and directing incoming phone calls

Benefits:

This is an office-based role in Solihull, West Midlands.

 

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break.
