WRK digital aredelighted to be shortlisting for a Contract Software EngineeringManager to work with a talented team inLeeds.

I'll be looking to shortlist SoftwareEngineering leaders who can focus on people led activities but alsohave an excellent technical background and be comfortableparticipating in technical discussions with experience ofimplementing modern Software Development best practice for ascalable product.

You'll have experience ofmanaging agile engineering practices and working with ProductManagers.

The team adopt a microservicesarchitecture with a tech stack consisting of React, React Native,.Net / C# and Unity.

The role of the SoftwareEngineering Manager entails the leadership and management of a teamof UK based engineers, Architects and testers, as well as anoffshore partner. You will be used to working with a complex mix ofmodern and legacy code bases.

Your primaryresponsibility is to own the feature roadmap for a successfulproduct and provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to a highlyproductive team.

This position is availablefor Software Engineering Leaders happy to spend 2 days a week at aWest Yorkshire HQ.
