VP Forensic Ltd are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team supporting the temporary placement of highly skilled and trained Nurses and Support workers. This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to really accelerate their career with the support of the business owner who is experienced in the health care sector.

The right person will be responsible for developing new business and recruiting new temporary workers. the individual must be an excellent telephone and face to face communicator. In this role, you will work with clients and collaborate with a team of sourcing temporary workers to hit recruiting targets ahead of tight deadlines. You will also:

Build and sustain long lasting relationships with our existing and new customers. Directly engage candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media Actively headhunt, approach and interview candidates developing a network of candidates Negotiating pay rates and contracts Prioritising own workload to ensure that demands are met within the appropriate timescales. To work towards KPI’s and follow targets and objectives. Supporting and complete a 360 recruitment role including resroucing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks and placement of staff. · To be an effective communicator at all levels, both within and outside the business. Develop proactive problem-solving skills and use them daily with other members of the team. To ensure full compliance with statutory legislation for the company and site regulations or guidelines. Successful candidate will also participate in our on call rota. This is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities of this post. The post holder may be required to carry out other duties as directed by the Branch Manager or Managing Director.

Healthcare Recruiting desirable though not essential Strong Sales capabilities History of overachieving targets Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to recruitment best practice

Role requires a candidate to work Monday to Friday but also to work as part of the weekend on call on a rota basis
