The Role

The post holder will join the Passenger Services Team in Nuneaton for 20 hours per week on a Term Time Only basis, providing professional and high-quality care, collecting children with additional needs from their homes and transporting them to and from school. The post holder will drive a minibus in accordance with the law, demonstrating a commitment to the comfort and safety of passengers whilst showing consideration for other road users.

What we expect from you: 
1. A full UK driving licence with D1 entitlement and a maximum of 3 penalty points 
2. Experience of driving larger vehicles 
3. Experience of transporting people or experience of providing care and support to individuals in a health or social care setting 
4. A satisfactory enhanced DBS check 
5. A caring and compassionate nature 
6. Excellent communication skills 
7. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure 
8. Flexibility to meet the needs of the business and a willingness to work unsociable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays..
