At Pollock (SCOTRANS) Ltd , we have a vacancy for a Class 1 Tramper based at our Carnforth Depot.

To become part of the Gregory Team, we need our Drivers to have the following:

A valid LGV UK Driving Licence. A valid UK Driver CPC Card. A valid UK Digital Tachograph Card.

The position of Class 1 Tramper involves:

Collecting and delivering customers products on a curtain sided trailer, this will include a great deal of load security using ratchet straps. Delivering loads throughout the UK both full and groupage loads. Using a handheld PDA to complete paperwork. Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone. Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing

our customers’ expectations.

This will include nights away. Attending regular training sessions.
