Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Early Career Teachers for ECT roles commencing in September 2024. If you are currently studying part time and want to gain more experience within local schools or you are looking for a long-term role to put your learning into action, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
We are looking to recruit ECT’s who have completed their teacher training or graduates who are looking for experience. The Lancashire Central Primary Branch at Teaching Personnel are well established within the local area, and work alongside Primary Schools across Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn with Darwen, Lancaster, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale and schools across The Fylde Coast. Whatever your preferred year group may be, and no matter whether you are looking for a permanent, full-time, or part-time role, we would love to help you progress with your career.
We are looking for the following qualities in applicants:
- Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- The experience to confidently plan, deliver and assess the National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- The ability to work flexibly and be reliable.
- A genuine passion for providing a high-quality education.
