Strong knowledge of propertylaws regulations and conveyancingprocesses
Excellent communicationskills to effectively interact with clients andstakeholders
Attention to detailand ability to review legal documentsaccurately
Proficient in usingconveyancing software and other relevanttools
Ability to workindependently and manage multiple taskssimultaneously

Skills:
Negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between partiesinvolved in propertytransactions

Salary

45000 to 50000Negotiable
