Role:

The primary objective of this role is to support the Regional Content Manager and serve as the primary liaison to Operations Associates Specialists. The aim is to enhance systems and processes to ensure accurate and accessible product information and digital assets/content for all EMEA and Asia teams and customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement centralised procedures to proactively identify Digital Asset, Text, and Translation requirements across all markets.
  • Collaborate extensively with Regional Asset Delivery roles to identify and meet key customer requirements and critical paths.
  • Prioritise Regional Priority materials as outlined by the Regional Range Council and Product Alignment process, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Identify all Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) content requirements, including Pulse, following agreed procedures.
  • Manage the central process for Pre-Orders.
  • Handle all ad hoc Digital Asset and Translation requests outside of schedule, pursuing or declining them based on Business Objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for EMEA and Asia teams regarding customer content availability, processes, and best practices, resolving issues and refreshing teams as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for Global Digital Merchandising, tracking the timeliness and quality of assets and translations.
  • Process assortments copy requests as needed.
  • Conduct all PIM and Apptastic training for new hires across the region and provide regular updates for all markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for market inquiries/ Operations Associates Specialists and issue escalations related to PIM, training, Apptastic, customer templates, and centralized processes.
  • Manage the central administration of PIM customer templates.
  • Maintain a network of system and content support with Global IT, Global Digital Merchandising, and Global Data Governance, in collaboration with the Regional Content Manager, to address and resolve EMEA and Asia content needs and issues.
  • Provide coverage for the Regional Content Manager as necessary.
  • Provide direction and training to Associate Specialist Sales Operations (Content) resources,  SSC Malaysia, for completing content audits and general administrative tasks.

 

Essential Skills Include:

  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth content delivery processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information and digital assets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital asset management systems, product information management systems, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience and high-quality content delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possesses an intermediate level of expertise in Excel, adept with commonly used formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and AVERAGEIF. Knowledge of analytics formulas is a plus.
