A fantastic opportunity is available to lead a dedicated team of 4-5 vets at a well-established veterinary practice in Northeast London. Accommodation can be provided if needed.

About the Location:

The practice is located in Northeast London, conveniently close to public transport links, providing easy access to the City. The location also offers proximity to beautiful countryside and scenic areas, perfect for outdoor activities. The practice encourages case retention and strong client relationships, supported by visiting specialists and partnerships with orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain high standards and provide top-tier clinical care.
  • Perform a mix of general practice consultations and surgeries throughout the week, with one protected day for administrative tasks.
  • Assess cases, develop, and implement preventative, diagnostic, and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively and provide mentorship to colleagues within the practice.
  • Ensure all treatments adhere to practice protocols.
  • Delegate tasks to clinical and support staff as needed.

To Be Considered:

  • MRCVS
  • Minimum x5 years UK practice experience
  • An experienced and dedicated veterinary surgeon committed to providing high-quality care for patients and their owners.
  • Interest in advancing to a leadership role within clinical practice.
  • Ability to work well as part of a multi-vet team and confident in providing mentorship and support to colleagues.
