Join our Housing, Rehabilitation & Recovery services for exciting opportunities to participate in keeping people safe and well under the direct supervision of a Senior Housing Support Officer to assist in maintaining an individual in safe and suitable accommodation, living independently in their own homes and where appropriate within designated supported accommodation settings. 

The role will promote inclusion, independence, recovery, and well-being through the use of the Outcome Star Framework which will be completed jointly under supervision. Support will be provided in a person-centred way using a strength-based approach. 

North Lincolnshire Council is committed to building upon its successes of working together with partners to keep people safe and well whilst enabling resilient and flourishing communities.  Housing support helps our most vulnerable  residents to set up or maintain a stable home environment. It is a short-term service that aims to give individuals the skills and confidence to be able to live independently. 


To be successful in this role you will need to be a motivated person with excellent communication skills who can manage their time effectively and prioritise their workload. You should be approachable and non-judgmental with the patience and determination to encourage our customers to achieve their goals employing a person-centred and strength-based approach.
