Main duties of the job

As an administrator you will carry out delegated tasks to optimise the flow of patients through the dept. You will liaise closely with all referring specialities from within the Trust.

Provide a secretarial service including scanning onto EMIS, word processing, filing and photocopying. Ensure outgoing correspondence is correct.

Open and action correspondence and respond accordingly.

Maintain the unit's electronic appointment book and arrange future appointments on EMIS.

Admit and discharge patients on PAS/WebV
