This role is offered as a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. 

What you'll do:

Prepare new client registration documents for societies globallyPrepare documentation for roster maintenance at the applicable societiesMaintain internal & external databases to track registrationsEnsuring all tasks are performed within agreed timelinesAssisting with repertoire submissions and society claiming where requiredAssisting Society Relations team in any ad hoc projects

Who you are:

Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsAttention to detailStrong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programsAbility to work accurately, independently, to strict deadlines and under pressure
