Join us at Lovells Pronto – Powered by Steer, an automotive repair business specializing in crash repairs and working closely with insurers to provide exceptional service to our customers. We are committed to excellence and are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team.

As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with insurers and internal repair teams to identify and source the correct parts for crash repairs. Utilize knowledge of automotive parts and specifications to ensure accurate ordering and delivery of parts. Communicate effectively with insurers, repair technicians, and customers to provide updates on part availability and delivery timelines. Maintain detailed records of parts orders, invoices, and returns using our internal systems. Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts. Assist with inventory management to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet repair demands. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to parts orders.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry, with a focus on crash repairs and working with insurers. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their applications, particularly in crash repair scenarios. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
