Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant- Complex Care - Bury

Claimont Health have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Support Worker.

This role will be based in the community supporting clients who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

We are looking for Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

Ventilation management Oral suctioning Medications

Understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, Care Certificate standards, and safeguarding vulnerable children and adults. Experience of working in both acute and community settings. Experience with working within Mental Health.
