Fire Alarm Service Engineer Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
  • The Fire Alarm Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service in fire and security systems.
  • You will be expected to cover the North-West area
  • Call out is £210 per week £30 per day. Up midnight is time and half midnight onwards double time
  • Call-out is 1 in 6 weeks
  • Paid door-to-door except for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening.
  • Plenty of overtime available
  • Engineers must have their hand tools

Requirements
  • FIA Trained 1,2,3 as a minimum
  • Gent trained
  • Field Service and Technical Support skills
  • Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
  • Experience in the fire protection and security industry is a plus.
  • Technical certifications or relevant qualifications
