YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Leyland Facility is where the Chicago Town Pizzas started over years ago. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a drive for improving quality and maximising production output to join our state-of-the-art production facility and play a key role working alongside our teams who are proudly making the Dr. Oetker and Chicago Town branded pizzas.

An environment in which you will be responsible for leading, planning, and co-ordinating the activities of the Maintenance Teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule. A team environment in which you will demonstrate your passion for people development through effective performance management, the identification of training needs and the coaching and developing of your teams. WHAT YOU BRING

At Dr Oetker we believe that our employees play a key role in our success. To help shape our future you will be educated to HND/HNC level in Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years proven management experience in a FMCG environment. A confident communicator with a personable and professional manner, you will have the ability to interact and relate to all levels of colleagues and to build strong trusted working relationships and motivate teams. The ability to work within a rapidly changing environment is key, as is the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines whilst demonstrating you are a creative problem solver with an analytical and detailed approach with the ability to make and take responsibility for key decisions.
